One of the joys of living is that we are constantly growing in knowledge and wisdom. There is richness and joy in our journey. We hopefully learn more about God, more about the people we worship alongside, and deepen our own relationship with God. We often have big question about what God is doing in this world, and how to understand scripture. Our classes give you an opportunity to learn and explore.
We are called to love and serve God and love and serve our neighbors. Here we care for each other by praying for each other, by growing in friendship and fellowship with each other, and through our Deacons ministry which ensures members are reached out to in times of trial. We also care for our community.
We want our children to know first and foremost that they are loved by the God who created them. We provide a safe and nurturing place for children to learn the stories of Jesus and the people of God. Our children love church and love God.
Madison Presbyterian has a strong commitment to the community. Our members actively participate in Historic Madison, at the House of Hope (community-wide food pantry and backsack program), on boards of service organizations, in outreach to veterans, and are active in the civic life of the community.
